Our setting-up times for your preparation.








Advanced setting-up, at extra cost
EUR 226 per day
17 January 2014, from 7 a.m. until 18 January 2014 to midnight.


Standard setting-up, at no extra cost
19 January 2014 midnight through to 23 January 2014 until 6 p.m.
From 3 p.m. on the last setting-up day, 23 January 2014, please keep the aisles free for carpet laying.


Dismantling
28 January 2014 from 8 p.m. around the clock until 30 January 2014, 8 p.m.


Please note:
Before 8 p.m., it is only possible to carry out dismantling work on the stand itself because the aisle carpets will be removed and packaging materials brought to the stands by the official forwarding agents.

Vehicles will be permitted to enter the Exhibition Centre from 8 p.m.
