FAQs regarding registration and confirmation of registration

Due to the corona pandemic and the resulting circumstances, such as travel warnings and event prohibitions, it is undoubtedly not easy for you to plan the next steps for your participation in Christmasworld 2021. Against this background, we want to provide the best possible support for you and have therefore compiled a list of FAQs.

FAQs

As you have already registered as an exhibitor by completing the non-binding declaration of your intention to exhibit, the Christmasworld Frankfurt Team will send you a stand-space proposal. The binding agreement between us comes into force when you sign and return the proposal to us. The official confirmation of participation will then be sent to you. The stand-rental invoice will be sent at the end of September at the earliest.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH will refund the full price of any stand rentals or complete-stand packages paid. No service charges, etc., will be levied. However, you must bear all other costs incurred yourself.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH will send you a new agreement should the event be held at another time.

At present, Messe Frankfurt is preparing an event concept that takes account of hygiene and social-distancing regulations. This includes, for example, cleaning and disinfection concepts. Thus, escalator handrails, door handles and particularly busy areas will be disinfected more frequently. Consideration is also being given to social-distancing measures, such as ‘one-way concepts’ in the halls and along the routes taken by visitors.
